NEW RULES (2018)

We want to become a very active group and we want you to follow this new rules.

1. We will do one collab every 1-2 months and you will have about a month of time for making your part. You don’t have to join to every collab but at  least 1 once every 3 projects. (It may be exception. Just let us know about your hiatus period).
2. You have to respect the deadline. Stick to the deadline is really important especially when there are event collab that has to be upload in specific day.
3. If you can’t do your part in time let us know about it at least 3 days before the deadline so we can find a replace for you. If you want an extensions of deadline, it’s the same. Just tell us beforehand.
4. If you can’t do your part after the extensions (and if it is an event collab) we will replace you eventually.
5. Try to use ALWAYS HD footage and when you send voiceovers, send them with the same lenght of the whole part.
6. Possible specific rules will be added for every collab so please read the description box always carefully.
7. You have to reply to our pm.
8. For every collab we will send you 3 reminders. Please reply to them and tell us how your part are going on.
9. If you don’t join to 2 collab consecutively without a reasonable reason you’re out. (This rule may seems bad but we just want you to be active. Even if we will propose a strange theme, please give a try! As always, if there are real difficulty we will understand you.)


These rules are very strict because we want a precise organization but as you already know we aren't so mean so if there are real problem we ALWAYS are understandable.
